1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Physikos application ("App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the App.

2. Service Description

Physikos is a mobile application designed to help users plan, execute and track their weight training workouts. The App offers features such as workout program creation, exercise logging, progress analysis and rest timer.

3. Proper Use

3.1 Permitted Use

You may use the App to:

• Create and manage personal workout programs
• Log and track your exercises and progress
• Use the timer and notification features
• Analyze your workout data stored locally

3.2 Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App
• Distribute, modify or create derivative works of the App
• Use the App in a way that could damage or interfere with its operation
• Violate intellectual property rights related to the App

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Health and Safety

IMPORTANT: Physikos is a training aid tool and does not replace medical guidance or advice from fitness professionals. You are responsible for:

• Consulting a doctor before starting any exercise program
• Using the App according to your physical limitations
• Stopping immediately if you feel pain or discomfort during exercises
• Taking full responsibility for your safety during workouts

4.2 Data and Backup

You are responsible for backing up your workout data. Although data is stored locally on your device, we recommend making regular backups to avoid information loss.

5. Limitation of Liability

Physikos is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the App:

• Will meet all of your specific requirements
• Will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free
• Will provide specific fitness or health results

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to physical injury, data loss or business interruption.

6. Intellectual Property

Physikos and all its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and software, are exclusively owned and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. App Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time, with or without prior notice. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension or discontinuation.

8. Changes to the Terms

These Terms of Use may be changed at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to periodically review these terms. Continued use of the App after any change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by simply uninstalling it from your device. We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms of Use.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute related to these terms will be resolved in the competent courts of Brazil.
